Russ co-leads the firm’s investing effort in the infrastructure software and tech-enabled services sectors.
Previously, Russ was at M/C Partners and TA Associates, both Boston based growth equity firms. He started his career in the investment banking technology group at Alex. Brown & Sons.
Russ earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University. He is a Trustee of Brooks School and the Massachusetts Historical Society.
Russ enjoys playing mediocre golf with any of his four sons.
