Reginald Seawright

Reginald focuses on originating, evaluating and managing growth equity investments within the infrastructure software and tech-enabled services sectors.

Before joining Guidepost, Reginald was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. There he worked on various private equity and growth strategy projects across the USA and Europe. Reginald began his career as a management trainee at the Siemens AG in Germany.

Reginald earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Cambridge and a B.S. in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg.

Reginald enjoys skiing, cave diving and trying new cuisines.
