Kathy Perrotte

Kathy Perrotte is a highly accomplished software executive with over 30 years in senior management positions. A serial entrepreneur and visionary leader, she co-founded and was CEO of previous Guidepost portfolio company ActiveViam (Nordic Capital recapitalization in 2024). She previously co-founded Summit Systems (acquired by Finastra).

Kathy’s achievements in the technology sector were further acknowledged in 2023 when she was honored with the Woman in Technology Award in the Software & Services Provider category at the Banking Tech Awards USA. This award celebrates her exceptional leadership, dedication, and trailblazing contributions to the technology landscape, particularly within the financial services industry. She was also named to Forbes 50 over 50 in 2023.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kathy is a dedicated supporter of gender equality in the workplace and is the current co-treasurer and past chair of the Center for Safety & Change Board of Directors, a non-profit organization in Rockland County, New York she has actively supported for two decades. Her commitment to social responsibility exemplifies her character and leadership beyond business.

Kathy earned her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University.
