Jeff Kalowski

Jeff Kalowski has over 30 years of strategic finance experience as CFO of high-growth technology companies. He was a public company CFO for both Rapid7 and Imprivata, software businesses in the Boston area focused on cyber and IT security.  He joined Imprivata at an early stage and helped the company grow to an IPO in 2014 and subsequent sale to private equity in 2016. Prior to Imprivata, Jeff served as CFO for several successful software companies that were acquired by larger strategic buyers.  Jeff currently advises growth stage technology companies in strategic and operational finance initiatives.

Jeff began his career at Price Waterhouse after earning his B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
