Tim Harrington

Prior to Guidepost, Tim worked as an Assistant Controller at Nautic Partners. While at Nautic, Tim was actively involved in accounting and financial reporting for both fund and general partner entities. Prior to Nautic, Tim was a Senior Accountant at Berkshire Partners and an Audit Senior at Deloitte in the Financial Services group.

Tim is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Roger Williams University.

Tim enjoys long-distance running and completed the prestigious Abbott World Marathon Majors journey in 18 months, becoming a Six Star Finisher at the 2025 New York City Marathon.
