Tom Eacobacci

Tom works closely with management teams and Boards to drive growth, operational excellence, and leadership development across the firm’s portfolio. As part of Guidepost’s Value Creation Group, he partners with CEOs and founders to accelerate go-to-market execution, build high-performing leadership teams, and institutionalize scalable operating frameworks.

Tom brings more than twenty-five years of experience leading large, global enterprise software organizations spanning cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, artificial intelligence, and mobility. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Innovative Solutions and is the former Executive Chairman of ActiveViam.

Before joining Guidepost, Tom was President and Chief Operating Officer at BlackBerry, where he led the company’s transformation into a cybersecurity software leader. Prior to that, he spent two decades at Citrix Systems as a senior executive, helping scale the company from hundreds of millions to more than $3 billion in revenue and a $17 billion market capitalization, managing global teams across 40 countries.

Tom earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Originally from the New York City area, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
