Lexi Romano

Previously, Lexi worked at Russell Reynolds Associates supporting the financial services team before spending some time in the healthcare industry.

Lexi earned a B.S in Business Administration and Marketing Communications alongside a minor in Sports Management from Anna Maria College. She also captained the varsity softball team.

Lexi grew up in the Boston area and is a passionate Boston sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog to explore the city and following college sports.
