Olivier Pennese

Olivier Pennese is the Chief Financial Officer of ActiveViam. Since joining the firm in 2021, Olivier has led financial performance and strategic execution, embedding operational discipline with a clear focus on value creation. This work culminated in ActiveViam’s successful exit to Nordic Capital in early 2024. Olivier brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience in enterprise software, with a strong track record of aligning strategy and execution, optimizing performance, and supporting growth across public and private markets.

Olivier has led multiple M&A and debt financing transactions across his career. Prior to ActiveViam, he was Deputy Group CFO at Temenos (SWX: TEMN), where he led global finance functions and played a key role in strategic planning, capital markets activity, and acquisitions.

Olivier earned his D.E.S.C.F. from Centre European Strasbourg.
